3. Accounting & General Affairs Staff
Solidify the foundation of a global enterprise.
The backbone supporting our diverse business growth through numbers and organization.
This role is essential for building the stable foundation required to operate our expanding portfolio of hotels, real estate, and wellness businesses. In our multinational environment, you will support the company's growth from behind the scenes through accurate accounting and flexible administrative support.

- Daily and monthly accounting tasks (Journal entry, Invoicing, Expense reimbursement).
- Labor management support (Attendance management, Payroll support).
- General affairs (Supply management, Reception, Phone correspondence).
- Living support for foreign staff (Assistance with housing procedures, etc.)
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience in accounting or knowledge equivalent to Nissho Bookkeeping Level 3.
- Comfort with IT tools (Excel, Chat tools, Cloud accounting software, etc.).
- Ability to provide flexible support adapting to changing situations.
- (Welcome) Comfort with reading/writing basic English.
